Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order for a full refund (excluding payment processing fees) within 48 hours of placing the order, provided that your campaign has not yet started. Campaigns begin once the required order details have been submitted.
If you placed an order but have not yet submitted your order details, we will contact you via the email address and phone number provided to remind you. However, if order details remain unsubmitted, the campaign will not begin until that information is received.
Once campaign work has started, cancellations are no longer permitted.
Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
- A full refund (minus payment processing fees of 4.5% + $0.45) is available if requested within 48 hours of order placement and before campaign work has begun.
- Once work on your campaign has started, refunds will no longer be issued, regardless of order progress or completion status.
- Partial refunds are not available under any circumstances, as each campaign is structured as a complete service.
Refunds are processed within five (5) business days of an approved request.
Unsatisfactory Results
While SEO results can vary due to multiple factors, client satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your campaign outcomes, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your concerns.
We are committed to delivering value and, depending on the situation, may:
- Redo your campaign at no extra cost
- Provide a compensation SEO package of comparable value
